Dr Nick (Dr Nitul Khiroya)

MBBS, FRACGP (Male GP)

Dr Nick strongly believes in holistic health, both mind and body, and has a keen interest in family health with focus on children’s health, caring for the elderly & mental health.



Dr Nick is General Practitioner who holds an honours degree in Osteopathy. Originally hailing from UK, Dr Nick has been in Australia for 17 years where he enjoys with his young family. He has worked in various areas throughout Sydney over the years.




Dr Nick is fluent in English, Gujarati and understands Hindi.

Dr Sri (Dr Srikaran Thiyagarajah)

MBBS, MD, MRCP (UK), FRACGP

Dr Sri is specialised in treating medical conditions like Diabetes, Hypertension, Cardiovascular Diseases, Respiratory and Kidney diseases. Dr Srikaran (Dr Sri) has over 20 years’ experience in General Medicine. He was a consultant physician in General Medicine back in Sri Lanka. He received part of his Physician training in the UK and he is a member of the Royal College of Physicians UK.



Dr Srikaran has worked in Emergency Medicine in Australia for over 5 years before moving into General Practice.




He completed his FRACGP to become a Specialist GP.

Dr Thiya (Dr Thiyagesan Karthigesu)

MBBS, FRACGP, Cert in Em. Medicine

Dr. Thiya brings extensive experience in various aspects of medicine, with a strong background in both General and Emergency Medicine. He completed his fellowship at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, further enhancing his expertise in patient care.

Dr Jaya (Dr Jayanthini Ganesh)

MBBS; FRACGP; DCH (Child Health)

Dr Jaya completed her fellowship in 2021 and completed diploma in child health and advance certificate in skin cancer medicine.



Dr Jaya has a keen interest in Women’s health, Paediatrics and Preventative health.



She is fluent in English and Tamil.

Dr Mirthula Balasuthanthira

MBBS, FRACGP

Dr Mirthula Balasuthanthira completed her general practice training in Southern Highlands NSW and has obtained the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

Dr Mirthula provides optimal services to all her patients. She has a keen interest in Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Sexual Health, Travel Medicine, Immunisations, Family Medicine and Paediatrics.

Dr Kundalakesi Shanthini Sakthivel (Dr. Shanthini) is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and holds a Diploma in Child Health. 



She has a special interest in women’s and family health and is well versed with all aspects of general practice after working for a number of years. 



Dr Shanthini is fluent in English, Tamil and Sinhala.

Dr Pankhuri Kothari

Paediatrician

Dr. Pankhuri Kothari, is a General Paediatrician with special focus on Paediatric Endocrine conditions and Developmental & Behavioural concerns.

Dr. KOTHARI, an experienced and highly qualified paediatrician with a warm, personable approach that puts families and children at ease. Dr. Kothari holds an MD in Paediatrics and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in General Paediatrics, with additional certifications in Paediatric Endocrinology. Specializing in the management of endocrine concerns such as growth disorders, thyroid issues, and hormonal imbalances, Dr. Kothari is passionate about helping children reach their full health potential.

Beyond paediatric endocrinology, Dr. Kothari is also skilled in developmental and behavioral paediatrics, supporting children facing challenges related to learning, behavior, and emotional development. From infants to adolescents, Dr. Kothari combines expert knowledge with compassionate care to guide families through each stage of their child’s development, ensuring a holistic approach that encompasses both physical and emotional well-being.

With extensive experience in regional Australia, Dr. Kothari has a deep understanding of the unique health needs of children in these communities, including those from indigenous backgrounds. Dr. Kothari has dedicated years to building relationships, fostering trust, and delivering quality care that respects the diverse backgrounds and cultures of every family.

Dr Nakul Kothari

Dr Nakul Kothari’s expertise in neonatal medicine, Dr. Kothari has a strong focus on developmental and behavioural paediatrics in addition to cognitive assessments.
Dr. Kothari, a compassionate and highly accomplished paediatrician dedicated to providing exceptional, child-centered care. Dr. Kothari holds an MD in Paediatrics and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in General Paediatrics.

Additionally, Dr. Kothari has a strong focus on developmental and behavioural paediatrics. He supports children navigating learning difficulties, behavioural concerns, and emotional challenges, providing compassionate guidance from infancy through adolescence. His holistic approach integrates physical, emotional, and social well-being.

He also possesses specialized certification in clinician-performed neonatal ultrasound, reflecting his extensive expertise in neonatal and paediatric medicine. Driven by a passion for helping children thrive, Dr. Kothari is committed to guiding each child toward their best possible health and development.

With significant experience working in regional Australia, Dr. Kothari is well-versed in the unique healthcare challenges faced by children in these communities, including Indigenous populations.
