Medical records are confidential documents; therefore our medical centre ensures that we maintain the security and privacy of your personal health information at all times.
Results are an important part of your medical records and will need to be discussed with the doctor.
Please call or book online for an appointment to discuss the results once you have done the tests.
Test results may only be given to the patient if they are present and not to other family members.
We will need you to have an appointment with the doctor to discuss your condition before referring you to a specialist so that we are able to provide the best care and management.
You may request a particular specialist of your choice.
By law, we are unable to back date any specialist referrals, so please ensure that you have a current referral before seeing a specialist.
If you are unable to attend the appointment, please call and let the receptionist know so that we can accommodate others.
At our medical centre, an appointment system is in place.
Please let the receptionist know if more than one family member needs to be seen by the doctor, so that we can book in the appointment.
If you need a longer appointment, please let the receptionists know so that we can make every effort to accommodate to your needs.
As medical certificates are legal documents, doctors are only able to provide one if you attend an appointment.
We are unable to back date medical certificates or provide a medical certificate without a consult with the doctor.
Please feel free to talk to our doctors or practice manager regarding any complaints or suggestions you may have.
We have a suggestions box at reception, where you may leave any suggestions or complaints.
